LPAT, ATR-BC
I graduated from the University of Louisville in 2021 with a Masters in Counseling and Personnel Services with a Concentration in Art Therapy.
I began in private practice focusing my work on the treatment of disordered eating, and my passion for this work was quickly realized. I soon started working to become a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) which I hope to obtain in the upcoming months!
I have found Art Therapy to be enlightening, cathartic, and powerful throughout my client's journeys through the eating disorder and to a place of recovery.
I also offer a space to those not struggling with disordered eating with open arms. As a former collegiate athlete, I thoroughly enjoy working with athletes and ensuring they are optimizing their health and performance. Art Therapy can be beneficial to anyone when there is a willing and open participant. I would love to be a part of your growth whether you are seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, navigating a time of transition, or rediscovering identity.
It brings me joy to sit alongside the art making process, to understand my client better through their art, and to present curiosities that might bring new meaning.
I believe everyone is the best author of their story, and the best viewer of their art.
